The Spraying Process
Before spraying uPVC windows or doors, the work area is meticulously prepared, whether indoors by moving or covering furniture and flooring, or outdoors by clearing and sweeping. The surfaces are then thoroughly cleaned and de-greased using specialised products to ensure the paint adheres properly. Following this, a comprehensive masking process protects non-targeted areas and the environment from overspray.
The specialised spray equipment is set up, and the paint, mixed with a curing agent, is applied by technicians. The quick-drying paint necessitates only a brief wait before de-masking the windows, leaving them looking freshly updated with minimal downtime for the client.

It’s a little known fact that uPVC deteriorates with the ultraviolet light from the sun, with a shelf life of approximately 20 years. After this, it starts to go brittle and discolour, traditionally this would mean having the expensive job of replacing with new, but not anymore!

It is commonly used to change the colour of your UPVC Windows, Doors and Conservatories, to give them a fresh look and extend their life.

We offer you a choice. You can have it matte, satin or gloss. Matte has a 0% shine, satin has a 30% shine and gloss has a 100% shine. The choice is yours. Most of our customers go straight down the middle and opt for a satin finish.
The paints we use on UPVC are UV resistant and waterproof. When applied properly, they bond with the plastic itself to form a durable and hardy surface that will last at least 10-years when maintained by property owners as well as periodically cleaned of dirt or debris (not just window glass).
